VOLVER reserves the right to decide which products to sell through volvertstbarth.com and may remove or add products from the online shop at any time for any given reason.
The Client can browse for products by clicking on the “BOUTIQUE” thumbnail, the items will be presented by designer and by category.
The products attributes are shown on the website. Despite the care with which we faithfully reproduce the images and colors of the products, the Client acknowledges that they may differ slightly from reality due to particular internet browsers, computer monitors, lighting etc.
To place an order, the Client simply selects the size and color (if relevant) of the desired product and clicks on “add to cart”. When the selection is complete, the Client can register (first-timers) or log-in (returning customers) to proceed.
Then, the Client can click on the “cart” and approve the order. At this point, the Client will be asked to enter his/her personal information and choose a shipping option necessary for delivery.
To confirm his/her order the Client will be asked to accept the General Terms and Conditions.
To finish, billing information will be asked as part of the payment process.
Before finalizing approving the purchase, the Client will be shown an overview of the details of his/her order. VOLVER recommends looking attentively to prevent any mistakes as mistypes can occur.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the Client will be given all the information pertaining to the order in process and all corresponding contractual information via email. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the Client.
VOLVER can suspend and/or refuse any customer’s order for any legitimate reason.

The price found on the email order confirmation is the final price of the purchase. DHL (or other third party of your choice) delivery costs will be included in this price. DHL shipping rates can be found in “shipping and delivery”.
Product prices are subject to change. The prices applied by VOLVER to each order will be those current at the time of confirmation of purchase, independent to the day in which the delivery is carried out.
Products are property of VOLVER and will not be released until the payment confirmation is received.
Duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery and are not included in the final price, it is the Client’s responsability to seek out information about the rates applied in his/her location when confirming his/her order.
It is the Client’s financial responsibility to pay these duties and taxes when receiving an order and sending back an exchange.
For VOLVER to process an order, the Client will provide the information required and will be bound by the Terms and Conditions, in whichever version is published at the time of access to the website. The shipping process will be initiated once the payment confirmation is received.
If the purchase is a gift and the Client wishes to add a special note, please specify to email@example.com when placing the order.
VOLVER ships with DHL or alternative companies. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all volverstbarth.com orders are shipped out of St-Barthйlemy with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euros (Ђ). It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.
VOLVER works very closely with its carrier DHL to insure the best delivery service at the fairest price: the order is packed in appropriate packaging and can be insured upon Customer request.
Insurance is optional at the cost of 1% of the declared sum of the package and will be paid at the discretion of the Customer.
Insurance covers theft, loss and damage.
If anything is wrong with the Customer’s package upon receiving it, the Client must declare it to the delivery person and take pictures of the damage on the spot.

Shipping rates may vary, depending on the promotions volverstbarth.com wants to apply at one time or another; or changes in the rates given by the transport companies. It is possible to use another carrier upon request (FedEx, UPS, La Poste…) however prices may vary and package will be sent at the Client’s own risk.
VOLVER puts in hard effort to deliver the products in perfect condition but does not allow address modification once package has already left the facility.
In the event DHL is unable to deliver on time, the Client will be contacted by the carrier to select a new delivery option. If you have missed delivery more than twice, please contact us.
We are not responsible for errors in delivery when the delivery address is wrong, has been omitted or Customer changes during its transit, the order is being held by customs, there is failure to deliver from the carrier.
The order will be considered as delivered when the delivery company hands the Client the order, in accordance to the delivery company’s own control system.
VOLVER accepts exchanges up to 7 days from delivery if the products are returned in the same state as they were upon delivery. To be more specific: the products have not been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged in any way.
The shipping cost will be at the discretion of the Customer unless the order is incorrect.
To start the exchange procedure the Client must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the reasons for the return. All exchanges must be approved by VOLVER before being sent to the following address:

Please send us the tracking number as soon as your exchange has been shipped.
Once the package is received, inspected and approved by VOLVER the Client will be presented with two options.
The Client can decide to have his exchange sent back at his/her own charge directly if the required item is in stock.
In the occasion that your size or item is out of stock, we can emit a gift card in the amount of the original purchase which will be valid online and in store for 6 months.
This gift card can be used on any item of the store.
VOLVER does not accept any cancellations or refunds.
